8oz French Brie Wheel
3 Tablespoons Fig Preserve (we use our drunken fig jam made at Hillbrook)
3 Fresh Figs Cut into Wedges
Crush Pistachios to your liking
1 Tablespoon of Fresh Honey (we use fresh honey right off the comb)
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Place in a pottery brie bowl or a Corningware bowl for baking. Spread fig preserves on the top of the brie wheel. Place cut pieces of fresh figs on top of the preserves. Sprinkle with crushed pistachios. Drizzle honey on top.
Step 3: Bake for 10-15 minutes (until warmed). Serve immediately.
