Meet Chef Michael who brings regional American – Italian fine dining to the Blue Ridge


Michael Pascarella

Michael Pascarella earned his Culinary Masters Degree from ALMA, The International School of the Italian Kitchen. After graduation, he spent two years in 2 Michelin star restaurants in Piedmont Italy (Villa Crespi & Piccolo Lago) honing his skills. Later earned a 1 Michelin star rating in Valle d’ Aosta, Mont Blanc hotel and village as chef de partie with a solid team of chefs. And worked 3 years in Taormina Sicily as chef di partie before moving back to Virginia.
