Meet Chef Chuck Adcock
Chef Chuck Adcock has been a mainstay of the Charlottesville hospitality community since 1995. He was the Chef and partner at Michael’s Bistro and The Satellite Ballroom for 13 years before opening his restaurant, 12th St. Tap House. Chef Chuck continued to leave his mark as the opening chef of the original Commonwealth restaurant and Sky Bar.
He joined Quirk Hotel in 2023 with an eye on leading the culinary program into its next chapter. In his role, Chef Chuck oversees the Pink Grouse restaurant, Quirk Rooftop, Lobby Bar, Quirk Café, Bobboo, and banquets.
